Clinic is OPEN for all treatment
Local case numbers are down and the DHHS has declared that health clinics are open for face-to-face treatment.
Clinic is closed until Thursday 18th February
As per the sudden announcement by the Premier Dan Andrews and the DHHS, all health services will be closed for face-to-face consultations until Thursday 18th February 2021.
We apologise for any inconvenience, anyone with an appointment during the closure, we will be in touch asap.
Registered health practitioners may provide face to face appointments as per normal.
This means anyone from your whole family (including all ages of kids!) can make an appointment at any time! We don't have to ask you any questions and you can come in for your routine, maintenance appointments whenever you like!
This doesn't mean we are easing our safety and social distancing protocols, your health and safety and continuing to keep our community safe remains our highest priority.
Covid 19 Clinic Rules
The safety of our patients and team is paramount and we are monitoring updates regarding COVID-19 via the Department of Health. We are taking a proactive approach to ensure your health needs are being met, and you can confidently continue to receive Chiropractic care in this practice. Please consider if you require an appointment and do not attend the practice if you have any symptoms or have been directed to self isolate.
Hygiene action plan:
Sanitising hands on entering our premises is required for all.
We offer alcohol sanitiser products
Areas are being wiped and sanitised multiple times daily
Team members have been instructed about optimal hygiene practice
We are wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Do not attend the practice if:
If you have a cough, cold, fever or flu like symptoms, we ask that your refrain from attending our practice and seek medical attention
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or been in contact with someone who has tested positive to COVID-19
If you are self isolating as you have travelled back to Australia within the past 14 days
After attending our clinic.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or suspect you may have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please advise us immediately.
How to book online:
Step 1: Select appointment you require (New or Returning), then a suitable time and date.
Step 2: Enter your contact details. You will immediately receive an SMS with a 'confirmation code'.
Step 3: To confirm the appointment booking enter your payment details. Nothing will be charged until the date of the consultation.
Note: You will still be able to claim your Health Insurance at our office on the date of your appointment via HICAPS facilities
Step 4: New Patient, you will receive an SMS with the link to our New Patient Form. Please click the link and fill it out, as soon as possible. Return Patient, you are done, will see you at your appointment.
